Logline: Mother sees and hears family slowly burn to death in car accident that leaves her in a coma, during which she regularly speaks with and sees her family, all of whom want her to find them. When mother awakes, she decides to do just that.
Dayton author and screenwriter, Mark Donahue and Sugar Studios LA , in connection with the Warren County Historical Society are hosting a “Dinner and a Show” at the Lebanon Conference and Banquet Center on Saturday, October 19, 2019, 6—9 p.m.
We are looking for several actors to participate in a Table Read of select scenes from Mr. Donahue’s latest work: Lebanon: The Farm. “The Show” portion of the evening is the opportunity for the audience to witness a unique, behind-the-scenes look at one of the most nerve-wracking aspects in the careers of aspiring film actors--The Audition. Actors will be reading directly from their scripts and taking on-the-spot direction from the author.
On October 3rd, actors will be auditioning for the October 19 Table Read and will be considered for the feature film that will be shot in the Lebanon area beginning later this year.
To be considered for participating in the October 19 event, actors must attend the initial casting call on Thursday, October 3, 2019, 7:00—9:00 p.m., at the Lebanon Theater Company, 10 South Mechanic Street, Lebanon, Ohio.
Audition will consist of cold reads from the script, prepared material is not required.
